FTM Blues Interactive
Our completely original, internationally acclaimed business blues intervention. After loosening up our audiences with an inspired performance of music-making, we facilitate a dynamic process that gets participants - in small teams - writing, rehearsing and performing their company-specific blues songs. FTM Interactive is a powerful way to clear the air, let go of the past, and refocus everyone's energies on ensuring the future success of your company. Our performances are always uplifting and morale boosting. The blues idiom gives us the form to help audiences speak their truth, connect with each other, and move boldly in the direction of forwarding their company's business agenda.

Rock the House
Want to turn your next event into a powerful, memorable experience? We can help you drive your meeting's message, with an incredibly powerful communication tool — music. FTM Celebration Interactive
Using a variety of musical genres, we will custom design our presentation to celebrate your company's successes, breakthroughs, best practices, and forward progress. And we can write as many custom "theme songs" as you would like to reinforce the spirit of your meeting. Perfect for annual conferences, awards dinners, and other business meetings where "recognition," good times" and "celebration" are the theme.

FTM Performance
Here's something for those times when you don't want an interactive intervention - just entertaining performance. FTM's world-class band will entertain, energize, and customize its show to reinforce specific themes of your meeting, conference or event. We offer five different kinds of entertainment:

• The Business Blues Review: A mix of classic blues standards, our own tongue-in-cheek business blues songs, and at least one custom song we write for your company.

• Awards Ceremonies: A performance of custom songs - of any genre - that we compose and perform to honor/roast selected individuals or teams. Transforms ho hum ceremonies into memorable, culture building events.

• Custom skits: Entertaining theatrical presentations that focus on your organization's key business challenges - complete with "bit parts" for your Senior Leadership team and just-in-time performance coaching.

• Dance Parties: Our customized "boogey 'til you drop" service. Fun, energizing, and morale boosting. Choose from a wide selection of pop, Latin, hip hop, jazz, and rock 'n roll. And yes, we take requests.

Beyond the Blues
It's one thing to get business people to write and sing the blues. It's quite another to guide them through a process that ensures they're not going to be singing the same blues next year. That's where our more in-depth intervention, Beyond the Blues, comes in. Bottom line, BTB is a customized, organization development intervention - short or longer term - that significantly improves communication, teamwork, innovation, commitment and, ultimately, your company culture.

CD's & Custom Videos
Face the Music offers a variety of innovative products that support its clients corporate messaging efforts -expertly produced, unforgettable, gotta-have-one, CDs and custom videos.

• CD: Your Company's Song(s): We interview key leaders to learn about your organization. Then we write and produce a custom song (or songs) - working closely with your team to ensure that it's a perfect fit. After you sign off, we produce your CD, complete with custom cover art.

• CD: Live From Wherever: Say the word and we'll record all of your company's "performing bands" from a live FTM Interactive event…then mix and master the material in our studio… then produce as many CD's as you want - complete with custom cover art and lyrics. Fulfills just about everyone's fantasy of being a performing artist with their own CD.

• CD FTM Business Blues: A 12-song CD of Face the Music originals, including such favorites as: Email Blues, Busyiness Communication, 24/7 Non-Specfic Blues, OverCommited Blues, and Glass Ceiling Blues.

• VIDEO: Our CD service gives you something to listen to. Our video service gives you something to see - a custom, just-in-time visual record of your event. Inspires, reinforces key conference themes, and helps participants return to the workplace with a positive, focused mindset.
