![]() This all was achieved and more. Participants raved about the activity and loved seeing each other as "human". Any concerns I had about "would this work...and how will people feel about having to write and perform a song?" were completely gone after the first few minutes. It was a perfect complement to our program.

Since I had attended a previous FTM workshop at an Organizational Development conference, I knew that their musical teambuilding would provide us with an excellent way to make connections and build bridges among our diverse team. Face The Music (FTM) did not disappoint us. The music was uplifting and provided a forum to recognize both joint successes and common experiences. It was an energizing, fun, and highly experiential session that easily brought together people from many different backgrounds, cultures, and even languages. The session was so well received that people are still talking about it. It is worth mentioning that in addition to providing a great program, the FTM team was very easy to work with, flexible, and responsive to the needs of both senior leaders and participants. They customized the program to our needs and worked with us on all the set up details so we were sure things would go off without a hitch. I would highly recommend this program and this team for future team building sessions.

![]() Paul, I can't even begin to tell you how much fun this team building exercise project was for everyone. I had all of the attendees fill out a questionnaire and the one question I asked was "Did you find 'Face The Music' to be a valuable team building exercise?" and 98% responded with "YES and FUN TOO". Thanks to you and your colleagues of "FTM" our off site would not have been a success! I hope that we will have the opportunity to work together again in the near future.

Ernst & Young's Pacific South West Area hired Face The Music (FTM) to help welcome and integrate its newly promoted partners into the practice. FTM offered a unique and fun way to effectively create a team environment and address change management issues through a blues format. I must admit our partners were skeptical, but because I personally experienced FTM in a previous workshop, I did not hesitate to put my reputation on the line. The executives' feedback on the program was overwhelmingly positive. In fact, all partners, both "old" and "new" actually participated in the experience. One important success factor worth mentioning is the accessibility FTM provides to ensure the program is fully customized to meet the needs of the audience. I was impressed with the flexibility and overall professionalism of FTM. It was a pleasure to work with this cutting edge company.

![]() Your presentation was the icing on the cake, the best of the best! The response from our group included things like "this is the best event I've ever attended at Wells Fargo", "more fun than we could have ever imagined", " we left on a High" and on Monday when everyone returned to work "everyone is in a great mood and still singing". Thank you for the energy and enthusiasm that you gave our great team. After a very difficult year of the "manager blues", "too many changes blues" and various other "blues", the Face the Music Team Building did just that – rebuilt our team and gave us the excitement to make this year Excellent... Nothing Less. Thank you again, for your outstanding contribution to our Retreat for Excellence.
